Terms and Conditions – Steeple View Accommodation
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your stay with us.
Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- A refundable damage deposit is required to cover any potential damages during your stay. This will be returned in full after departure, provided the property is left in satisfactory condition.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- We ask that the property be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. This includes:
- Dishes washed and put away (or dishwasher emptied)
- Rubbish placed in bin liners and disposed of in the outside bins
- Oven cleaned and free of grease
Failure to leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state may result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Occupancy
- The maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded without prior written approval.
- The lead guest (person making the booking) must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all members of the booking party.
Facilities & Services
- Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
- Free private parking is available on-site.
- Wi-Fi and broadband are provided for reasonable and lawful use. Speed or connection may vary, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable, as we may not be able to rebook the accommodation on short notice.
Guest Conduct
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbours and other guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse access or evict guests without refund in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Exceeding the agreed number of guests
- Causing damage to the property or its contents
- Engaging in antisocial, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
- Disruption or nuisance, especially during quiet hours
Property Access & Maintenance
- We reserve the right to access the property during your stay for essential maintenance, routine checks, or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
- We make every effort to maintain the highest standards in our properties. If you notice any issue on arrival, please notify us immediately so we can address it.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, power outages, industrial action, public service failures, pandemics, etc.).
Smoking & Vaping
- All of our accommodations are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. All units are fitted with smoke detectors. A breach of this rule will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit.
Confirmation of BookingYour booking is confirmed upon receipt of your confirmation email, which outlines your booking details, payment schedule, and guest numbers. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.
