How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made directly through our website, via email, or through our listed platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and secure online payments via our booking partners.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times may be available by prior arrangement.

Can I check in late at night?

Yes, late check-ins are possible—please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Is the accommodation pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi and broadband internet are provided for reasonable and lawful use.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, we offer free private parking for our guests.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. We do not allow parties or events to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Is smoking allowed?

All apartments are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

What is the quiet time policy?

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbours.

We are located just minutes from the heart of Trim, near historic attractions like Trim Castle and the River Boyne.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, Trim has a variety of shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance.
